Talpro India Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates SourceIQ (sourceiq.online). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

1. Data We Collect

Account Data: Name, email, phone number, company name, and password when you sign up.

Candidate Data: Information sourced from third-party data providers or uploaded by you, including names, contact details, work history, skills, and resumes.

Usage Data: Search queries, feature usage, login timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information collected automatically.

Payment Data: Billing information processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the SourceIQ platform
To process your recruitment searches and enrichment requests
To send transactional emails and product updates
To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
To comply with legal obligations under the DPDP Act

3. Data Processing Basis

We process personal data based on: (a) your consent, collected at signup and at each data processing point; (b) contractual necessity to provide the service; (c) legitimate interest in improving our platform; and (d) legal obligation under Indian law.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We share data with the following processors, each governed by Data Processing Agreements:

Cloud database hosting providers
Candidate data enrichment and verification providers
WhatsApp and SMS delivery providers
Voice AI calling providers
Payment processing providers

5. Your Rights Under DPDP Act

Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data (responded within 7 days)
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time
Right to Grievance Redressal: Contact our Grievance Officer

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Candidate data is retained per your organization's settings. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We employ TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, PostgreSQL Row-Level Security for tenant isolation, and regular security audits. See our Security page for details.

8. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours and affected users as soon as practicable, as required by the DPDP Act.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
