Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial
SourceIQ offers a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will be paused. Your data is retained for 7 days after trial expiry, after which it may be permanently deleted.
2. Subscription Plans
SourceIQ offers monthly and annual subscription plans:
- Starter Plan: ₹4,999/month or ₹49,990/year
- Professional Plan: ₹9,999/month or ₹99,990/year
- Enterprise Plan: ₹24,999/month (custom annual pricing available)
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your SourceIQ dashboard or by contacting us at support@sourceiq.online.
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining months unless covered under our refund policy below.
Upon cancellation:
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export all your candidate data during this period
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy and DPDP Act requirements
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available within 7 days of the payment date if:
- The service was not accessible or functional due to issues on our end
- You were charged incorrectly or a duplicate payment was processed
- You did not use the service at all during the billing period (zero logins, zero searches)
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis if requested within the first 30 days of the subscription start date. The refund amount is calculated as:
Refund = Annual amount paid − (Monthly rate × months used) − Processing fees
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining period.
4.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You used the service and generated search results or enriched candidate data
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Cancellation after the 7-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) refund window
- Third-party API credits consumed during the billing period
- Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Subscription plan and payment date
- Reason for the refund request

6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit card, net banking, etc.)
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days after our refund is initiated
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
7. Plan Changes
Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, you get immediate access to new features. The price difference is charged on a pro-rata basis for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades: When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing disputes within 48 hours. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
