Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SourceIQ, operated by Talpro India Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using sourceiq.online, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
SourceIQ is an AI-powered candidate sourcing platform that provides multi-source search, contact enrichment, outreach automation, and recruitment analytics for staffing firms and hiring teams.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each account is for use by a single organization.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account is paused until you select a paid plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SourceIQ for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment activities
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data obtained through the platform
- Exceed your plan's usage limits or attempt to circumvent metering
- Use the platform to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to access another organization's data or bypass tenant isolation
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to SourceIQ. Candidate data sourced via third-party APIs is subject to those providers' terms of service. We do not claim ownership of your candidate data.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Talpro India Pvt. Ltd.'s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. DPDP Act Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
